About La Telefónica
La Telefónica holds the #1 spot in Granada Centro with a 4.9-star rating across nearly 10,000 reviews, anchored by an extraordinary 92.7% five-star consensus. The kitchen executes with precision: ribs arrive fall-apart tender, cod is sweet and flaky, fried eggplant glistens with cane honey, and burrata salads balance tomato and strawberry with effortless grace. Portions are generous—reviewers note they arrive with complementary starters and staff gently suggest smaller sizes for two. The room itself is informal and relaxed, yet romantic enough for couples; unisex and accessible bathrooms, free Wi-Fi, and a bar stocked with craft beer and serious wine make it equally suited to solo diners, families, and groups. Staff—Rita, Fernando, Ismael, David, Rafa—are named repeatedly in reviews with genuine warmth: attentive without hovering, multilingual (Korean speakers note David's kindness), and visibly invested in the meal. Reservations are essential at dinner; lunch walk-ins are possible on quieter days. The menu spans organic plates, vegetarian options, and a braille menu, reflecting a venue that thinks beyond the obvious.

Had lunch at La Telefónica in Granada today and it was genuinely delicious. We ordered a mix of dishes to share: fried eggplant with cane honey (a must-try!), a tomato–burrata salad with strawberry dressing, pumpkin–gorgonzola croquettes and cod loin on sliced potatoes. Every plate was full of flavour and beautifully balanced. Our servers Rita and Fer were incredibly friendly and welcoming.
Costillas espectaculares. Muchas gracias Rita por la simpatía
