Aquí puedo decir sin duda que he comido la mejor paella hasta la fecha. Pedimos la valenciana clásica, con conejo, pollo, caracoles, fabes y alcachofas, y estaba espectacular, tanto en el punto del arroz como en el sabor. Muy equilibrada y sabrosa, de esas que te dejan con ganas de repetir. La atención es otro de los puntos fuertes, muy profesional, cercana y pendiente en todo momento.
