About O Refuxio D'Anton
O Refuxio D'Anton sits at the heart of Baiona's dining scene as a two-storey refuge that balances historic Galician character with modern comfort. The ground floor showcases local products and a casual bar; the upper level offers a cosy, intimate space with ample seating. Reviewers consistently praise the abundance and quality of seafood—calamares, pulpo a feira, vieiras, zamburiñas, and langostinos appear across multiple testimonies—alongside house-made specialities like croquetas, zorza, and oreja. The wine selection earns particular mention, and the café is noted as consistently good. Service stands out as genuinely attentive: staff navigate a busy dining room with speed and warmth, remembering details and making guests feel unhurried despite high turnover. The kitchen sources quality oils and prime ingredients, evident in both tapas and full plates. Pricing sits fairly within the €20–30 range for what arrives on the table. Accessibility is built in—wheelchair-friendly spaces, outdoor seating, and a flexible approach to walk-ins during quieter periods. The venue welcomes families (high chairs available), groups, and solo diners with equal ease, and even permits well-behaved dogs. Reservations are recommended for lunch, dinner, and weekend brunch, though off-peak visits may secure a table without advance notice.

What Customers Say
A warm and friendly place with a great food and wine menu along with and a wonderful staff. A perfect combination. And if you have not tried abanico pork .. this is the place. It's incredible !
