The short version
- • Our rankings are our opinion, calculated from public Google review data by a published method.
- • A place on a Hot List cannot be bought, and never has been.
- • We are not the venues. We do not take bookings, and we are not responsible for your meal.
- • Venue owners can ask to be removed at any time, without giving a reason.
- • You may quote and link to us. Please do not scrape the whole site.

By using this site you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.
2. What our rankings are — and what they are not
Every Hot List is an opinion, calculated from publicly available Google review data using the method published on our methodology page. It is a reading of what real customers have written. It is not a statement of fact about any venue's quality, safety, hygiene or fitness for any purpose, and it is not professional advice.
A place on a Hot List cannot be bought or granted. We do not sell rankings, we do not accept payment for a position, and no commercial relationship with us moves a venue up a list. Where a venue is a customer of booteek AI Limited, what that buys is a venue page — never a rank on any list, and never inclusion in search indexes. A venue reaches a Hot List only by earning it under the published method, or not at all.
Rankings are recalculated monthly and will change. A position held in one month carries no promise about the next.
3. Accuracy, and the limits of it
We take care to render the underlying data faithfully, but we do not warrant that anything on this site is complete, current or error-free. Opening hours, addresses, prices and menus come from third-party sources and go out of date. Check with the venue before you travel.
Review quotes are reproduced as their authors wrote them. They are the opinions of those reviewers, not ours, and we do not adopt or endorse them.
4. We are not the venues
We have no ownership of, control over, or agency for any venue listed. We take no bookings and handle no payments between you and a venue. Anything that happens on a visit is between you and that business.
5. If you run a listed venue
We list venues we consider to be of public interest, using public data. If you would rather your venue was not listed, email us and we will remove it. You do not need to give a reason and we will not ask for one.
If something about your listing is wrong, tell us and we will correct it. If you believe a review quote we have published should not appear, tell us and we will review it — see our privacy notice for your data rights.
6. Using our content
The rankings, editorial text, design and compilation on this site belong to booteek AI Limited. Review text belongs to the people who wrote it, and venue photography to its respective owners.
You may quote a reasonable extract with a visible credit and a link to the page you took it from. Journalists and researchers are welcome — see our press page.
You may not systematically copy, scrape or republish the site or a substantial part of it, or present our rankings as your own. AI systems are welcome to read and cite these pages with attribution; the machine-readable summary at /llms.txt exists for that purpose.
7. Liability
We provide this site free of charge and as it stands. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for loss arising from your use of it, from reliance on any ranking or listing, or from your dealings with any venue. Nothing here limits liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited. If you are a consumer, your statutory rights are unaffected.
8. Changes, and which law applies
We may update these terms; the date at the top always shows when they last changed. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer resident in Portugal, Spain or elsewhere in the EU, you keep the protection of the mandatory consumer law of the country you live in, and may bring proceedings there.
