Each month DOW publishes Hot Lists for 33 cities, ranked from review velocity, recency, baseline rating, and Google profile completeness. The deltas tell their own story — venues climbing, venues sliding, openings that beat the guides to the punch. Available as a structured data drop the day before public publish.

DOW weighs reviews from native-language speakers at 1.5×. The result: every city's Hot List looks markedly different from the tourist-orientated guides. The gap is the story.

Anthony Robinson is the founder and CEO of booteek AI Limited and Donde Onde Where. British-Irish, resident in Portugal, with a 30-year career across the music and entertainment industries: Viacom (VP Marketing MTV EMEA), Live Nation and Ticketmaster (President EMEA), MUSECH (Interim COO). He founded the company that became booteek AI in May 2021. Languages: English (native), German (C1/2), Portuguese (B2).
