About Alavarium Cocktail Bar
Rare in Aveiro, a cocktail bar that locals rate among the top five in the country — and the gin list alone explains why, with 32 separate mentions across recent reviews. The room is well decorated and the music gets it right, the kind of place you walk into without a reservation and still feel looked after. Staff read the table well: present when needed, out of the way when not. Gin is the clear star, whether in a classic gin fizz or a mojito, and every drink arrives with the care of someone who knows what they're doing. Far enough from the tourist circuit to feel like a real local find, but welcoming enough that visitors keep saying they'll be back.
