Craft beer done with real conviction, in a cosy converted space in central Aveiro. The bartenders know the range intimately — ask what you're in the mood for and they'll steer you somewhere useful. The craft beers are the reason people come back, and the barleywine draws particular attention from those who know what they're looking for. The kitchen runs alongside with homemade food: the pulled pork and the bifanas have been winning people over lately, and the caipiripa — a caipirinha-style beer — has converted at least a few guests who walked in claiming they didn't like beer. The room is minimal and rustic in equal measure, smaller-looking from the outside than it turns out to be. A relaxed place for a long evening with something genuinely interesting in the glass.
