Lunch at Princesa means eating with the Atlantic a few steps away, at a place where the kitchen takes the ocean seriously. The grilled fish is what people come back for — fresh, properly cooked, and ordered by the kilo the way it should be — and the clams run a close second. The sangria moves in serious quantities here, and the caipirinhas have their own following. Gabriel and the team are known for making guests feel genuinely welcome, dogs included. The menu skews toward sharing: fish and meat are sold by weight, with a one-kilo minimum on fish, so come with an appetite and someone to split it with. The black rice draws its own mentions.
