About PHO YOU
A lunch or dinner at Pho You lands somewhere most of Altrincham hasn't been before: proper Chongqing-style Sichuan cooking, made by a chef whose kitchen the regulars know by name. The beef brisket broth is the thing people keep coming back for — deeply flavoured, tender, and adjustable on the spice, because the staff will pitch it wherever you need it. The pho, the chicken curry and the kimchi chikin round out what the room is ordering most. Spice levels get their own conversation here, and the chef comes out to check on tables herself, which tells you something about how the place is run. Every meal ends with a plate of fresh watermelon, no charge. The portions are serious, and the locals writing about it are the ones who know what the real thing tastes like.
In the last 90 days, PHO YOU has drawn 8 substantial written reviews (50+ characters of genuine feedback) — recent momentum that is one of the signals behind its place on the hot list.
