About Cervejaria À do Ó
A lunch or dinner at Cervejaria À do Ó lands somewhere beyond the usual Évora cervejaria experience. The food is the reason people come back: the francesinha, the veal, the bacalhau and the puff pastry are the dishes with the most mentions, and the consensus is that the quality-to-price ratio is genuinely fair. What tips it over, though, is the service — Ricardo in particular is named again and again by locals as direct, efficient and warm, the kind of attentive presence that makes the whole meal feel looked after rather than processed.
