Sin duda alguna la mejor cata de vinos a la que hemos asistido. Por su parte Tomás de Martina Trader, hizo una cata de 10, super amena y divertida con unos vinos que para mi gusto eran espectaculares. Por otra parte de La cocina del Traca acompañó cada vino con unos platos exquisitos, que compaginaban a la perfección con cada vino dando un toque especial, súper bien elaborados y platos completos.
Creo que con la visita de hoy, se va a convertir en unos de esos lugares imprescindibles a tener en cuenta. Sala espaciosa, con amplias mesas, sin apenas ruido de los comensales, decoración sencilla sin pretensiones. De lo que he degustado, me ha sorprendido enormemente fue el croissant de solomillo ibérico…. Brutal 🔝
Hemos ido 4 adultos a cenar y nos ha encantado tanto la comida como el servicio. Nos ha atendido Jairo, un camarero de 10 por su profesionalidad, amabilidad y simpatía, sin duda si estuviera en nuestra ciudad repetíamos sin dudarlo.
