Miribilla is the neighbourhood Bilbao built on top of its old mines. Construction started in 1998 on the slopes of Pagasarri. Today it has the highest birth rate per square metre in the Basque Country. Young families, new builds, a fronton. Five minutes downhill you're in the pintxo bars. Up here it's quieter.
